Adjustable hinge designed mainly for standard production flush interior doors at least 60cm wide, with 35mm minimum thickness and weight up to 65kg.
It can be adjusted vertically and horizontally by operating with allen screw of 4mm on the proper eccentric threaded pin positioned on the body of the hinge. Once the hinge is adjusted, fix the locking dowel with alien screw of 4mm on the proper eccentric threaded pin positioned on the body of the hinge. Once the hinge is adjusted, fix the locking dowel with alien screw of 5mm.
mount the safety screw on the pin only after the door is inserted in teh pintles; fasten the screw only after having executed eventual adjustments, with a maximum couple of 5Nm.
